DiabloSport RGA Number Applications

A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained prior to returning any product to DiabloSport.

The RGA number must be CLEARLY visible on the outside of the package. Packages without a RGA number will be refused and returned to the customer.

All returns must include a copy of the receipt showing proof of purchase as the original owner.

RGA turn around can take up to 30 days on average (not including shipping time). Customers are responsible for all freight expenses.

Defective Hardware*

If you are DiabloSport product needs to be sent in for repair or warranty, fill out the form below. It is highly recommended that you call our technical support department at 561-908-0040 and request support prior to requesting an RGA for defective items. Most issues can be resolved by phone or email.

Core Credit Program Returns

Trade in your old DiabloSport tuning device toward the purchase of a new one! Core credit is available of the DiabloSport Predator and inTune toward the purchase of the new inTune i2, or Trinity T1000. Items sent for core credit will not be issued cash refunds, only store credit toward the purchase of a new DiabloSport product. See the chart below for more information on Core Credit value.
