The latest Mega crom is a full update that can add support for new applications, add new calibration support, or even add new features or functionality to the Trinity itself.
Incremental croms will appear from time to time, and are specific to a certain vehicle or group of vehicles, based on the correlating 'Predator' part number listed in the incremental update.
For example, if there is an incremental update with the name 7K3_trinity-1r06a_u7135_update.crom it would indicate that it is an incremental update for 05-2010 5.7 and 6.1 HEMI powered cars and Jeep SRT8s, based on the U7135 part number listed in the name of the file.
Also, incremental croms will always have a letter after the version, like 1r06a, so as to help avoid any confusion.
If updating your Trinity, check the incremental updates and see if one applies to your application. If there is one for you, update the tool to the latest Mega crom first, then, apply the incremental update.
Each time we make a new Mega update, it will include all of the previously released incremental updates. If an incremental update does not apply to your application, there is no need to load it to your Trinity.
How to find your Trinity's Current Version
Step 1: Power up your Trinity using the USB cable or OBD2 cable
Step 2: From the main menu click options then Show Information. Your current revision will be listed next to the version
