THE HIGHEST OCTANE I CAN GET HERE IN ALASKA IS 90. WHAT TUNE SHOULD I USE WITH THAT OR SHOULD I JUST PLUG IN THE 87 TUNE AND JUST USE 87 FUEL?

Run the 91 tune and datalog your ST KNR. If you are seeing any knock retard, then back the timing down by the amount of ST KNR you are seeing in the given RPM range. I am running the 93 tune on 91 gas with 1 degree of timing pulled and I see 0 ST KNR.

SO I SHOULD RUN THE 91 TUNE AND USE THE 90 FUEL?

Yes. You could also run the 87 tune on the 90 fuel and just keep increasing the timing by 1 degree at a time until you start to see ST KNR and then back it down a degree once you see some. However, I think the 91 tune will get you closer right off the bat and you probably won't even need to decrease the timing any.

I'M PRETTY NEW TO THIS SO WHAT EXACTLY DO I HAVE TO DO TO ADJUST THE TIMING DOWN TO GET TO 0 ST KNR? WHICH TIMING RPM RANGE DO I HAVE TO ADJUST?
