The Expandable Accessory System (EAS) was created with future expandability in mind. The architecture of the EAS allows users to connect multiple accessories, daisy-chain style, to the Trinity 2 platform. The ability to daisy-chain multiple accessories using the EAS allows users to monitor and display dozens of parameters on a single device. This starter cable allows the Trinity 2 to connect to the EAS line of accessories like the EAS Universal Input, PN 98605.
*EAS system is only available to work with the Trinity 2. In order to use any EAS accessories, a Starter Cable Kit is required. Some EAS skus include a Starter cable such as the EAS Power Switch and the EAS EGT sensor.
The EAS Universal Sensor Input provides the ability to read any 0-5 volt signal and translate that signal a meaningful value for display on the Trinity 2. This means you can add custom temperature, pressure, Air/Fuel and even Travel/Position gauges to your Trinity 2! You can rename and program the Trinity 2 to customize your gauge layouts based on which sensors you add to the system. Each Universal Sensor Input will support 2 sensor inputs. The EAS system allows for up to 8 EAS accessories to be connected at one time, resulting in a total of 16 additional sensors that can be added to your Trinity 2 device. The 98605 Analog Input will need the 98602 starter cable in order to connect to the Trinity 2.
NOTE: Sensors from manufacturers other than DiabloSport can also be attached to a Trinity 2 device through the EAS Universal Sensor Input
The EAS Power Switch is a tremendous new feature for the Trinity 2! Customers can now hook up accessories like aftermarket lights, air compressors, etc. and engage them from the Trinity 2. Install the new EAS Power Switch accessory to your Trinity 2 and you can set up and rename the switch right on the T2. The Trinity also features multiple style switches to customize the look of your switch display.
The EAS Power Switch can control two accessories per each switch
