    The DiabloSport Sprint Module allows for maximum power and vehicle performance by disabling the factory Active Fuel Management (AFM) or Dynamic Fuel Management (DFM) feature that drops cylinders and reduces power. 


    Easy installation. Just plug into the OBDII port under the dash and drive.


    Compatible with GM vehicles built from 2005 to current that feature Active Fuel Management (AFM) and 2019 and newer vehicles feature Dynamic Fuel Management (DFM).


    Eliminates hesitation on acceleration and annoying exhaust buzz caused by AFM activation.


    Enables vehicles with AFM/DFM to stay in V8 mode at all times without reprogramming or re-flashing the vehicle's onboard computer (ECU).

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sprint review I bought one of the competitors units from a 3rd party vendor but they were on the approved vendor list so when I started have problems with it I contacted R@#&e who told me I had to work with S%$#t and neither one wanted to help me out, I gave the thing away to a NNBS owner and it worked fine for him, the Sprint I bought from Diablo has worked flawlessly in both my 2016 Silverado and 2014 Camaro SS, thanks for a great product , I highly recommend it for the person who only desires to rd their ride of the evil AFM without voiding their warranty.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Did everything I wanted it to! V4 mode begone! My 08 Chevy w/ 200k+ miles seemed like the AFM was getting bad. I was getting tired of a harsh vibration coming from the engine every time I slowed to a stop. This was an awesome and easy fix. I really enjoy it so far. Not sure if it really changes the delay with “pedal to go” time, but it does seem to have a little more power in third gear. Completely surprised me. I was a little worried about the battery problem I was reading about but I’ve had no issues at all. Thanks guys, it almost feels like a different truck. Oh and my mileage has stayed the exact same. -15.2mpg

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stop that anoying AFM I bought this module back in September, what a different this made in my 2008 Impala SS , has more power and no more shutters when you take off from stopping at redlghts and it stays in 8 cylinder mode! Also I found on Amazon a on switch you plug into the OB2 port ahd the other to the Diablo Module, when you turn your car or truck off just turn the switch on the cord off therefore no battery power drain! DO REMEMBER TO TURN SWITCH TO MODULE ON !! if you don’t it will go back ti AFM mode .Overall very satisfied with it !! I highly recommend this to anyone with the SORRY AFM SYSTEM in their GM vehicle.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to install my gmc sierra was always downshifting in 4 cylinder mode and drive train would clunk in town on downshifts. and it used oil. The diablo sprint module helped with oil usage and it also stopped ruff downshifts.after I put module in it. It runs smooth now and goes up hills effortlessly without downshift at 60 miles a hour. I am 71 and I really would recommend this to gm 5.3 owners. I have been leaving it plugged in up to three days setting in garage and it has not drained my battery. Thanks diablo. I am a lot happier with my gmc now.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2017 Camaro SS I was feeling the hesitation regularly at cruise on a slight incline. I bought the Sprint and installed it. Easy install, lights on it go dark when car is off and locked, so it looks like no battery drain. Car stays in V8 mode now, no fault lights or indications. Reason I only give it 4 stars is it didn't totally eliminate the hesitation. It still happens, but rarely now. Could possibly be something else causing it. Power feels good all the time now. Haven't really noticed fuel economy decrease, although I do a lot of rush hour driving. Definitely recommend to any Camaro SS owner.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does what it says! I bought this hoping it would just get rid of the Active Fuel Management, but it did so much more. My Engine is running better, I gained about 2-3 MPG from the stock config, no more stupid exhaust buzzing, and dare I say a tad bit more power from my truck. I also took it out and put it in my wife's rig and it worked great in there as well. I would highly recommend it!

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great, as expected. I own a 2020 Chevy Silverado 5.3L and I’ve had it for almost 4 months now. While driving the truck before installing the sprint mod, I noticed that the transmission was acting weird, shifting when I didn’t think it should and sometimes even hard shifts I felt. After installing the mod it’s like a new truck. The shifts, I feel, are more on point then before. I can also notice that I don’t lose power when I did before, but wouldn’t have noticed if I hadn’t installed the mod. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a truck with AFM and doesn’t like the way it shifts.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy I purchased the sprint afm hoping my 16 Silverado 1500 would stay in 8 and it doesn’t the red led constantly flashes while driving on obd 2 I called tech support and went through the motions again and still didn’t work truck still drops to 4 cylinders and light still blinks

    Has anyone else had this issue? … The My Chevy app will not show diagnostics since installing. Also will not get onstar diagnostic report either. Says to remove device and turn car off and on. Even with device removed, it still says this everytime.

    I have never heard of that or experienced it in any GM vehicle. Try returning to stock to see if the issue persists?

    It does not disable the speed limiter. It simply shuts off the AFM feature.

    I have a Diablo Sport i2 programmed for a 2011 Silverado 6.2. Can it be reprogrammed/updated for our 2017 YDenali 6.2. If so, will the program also include deactivation of AFM? Cost?

    Does anyone have an issue with the battery draining and dying? Other modules from a competitor have serious reviews and issue with battery drain and dead batteries overnight. Thus the issue with getting one.

    It does have a small voltage drain, but I haven't seen issues with overnight dead batteries. We do recommend that if the vehicle is going to be left sitting for long periods of time, that you unplug the tuner.
