Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great tuner Bought this about a month ago for my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 and I love it got more miles per gallons on the mpg tune and great power the only thing I don’t like is my automatic start won’t cut the tuner on when I cut the key on if they fix that it would be the best tuner on market

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product 2004 Chevy Silverado 5.3L(LKQ crate motor) 20,000ish miles on new motor 9” lift 35x12.5 Toto A/T’s 3.73 gear ratio Now that is out of the way. I drive roughly 12 miles to work, and a few miles from home to gym, was seeing about 11mpg. I drive with a bit of a heavy foot so some of that is my fault. The mileage of the winter fuel is pretty awful. Hence buying the tuner. The tuner is a nice looking product, fairly easy to operate. The instructions they provide are poor. I was able to update the tuner on WiFi, why the don’t update it before sending it out is a little strange, I paid enough for the product, send it with the most current updates. I was able to get it connected to the truck and upload a tune easily. It takes a few minutes but nothing bad. The tuner had two tunes on it with the option for building your own tune, on the tuner itself. I assume this is because I am stuck in California with the smog and CARB board. I uploaded the 87 octane tune, which says 13hp and 18ft lb of torque. I can feel the difference in power without any compromise of driveability. I took the truck on a 400 mile round trip for Xmas and saw 13.8mpg on the way up and 14.5mpg on the way back home, roughly 200 miles one way. Regularly driving to work I am seeing 12mpg, which is a slight increase from 11mpg. They have a lot of gauges that you can use to monitor your vehicle too which is cool. It’s a good product I would recommend checking into one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really great device Not only did the device exceed my expectations but the customer support provided was top notch. Had a slight hiccup with the device not taking away the speed limiter, emailed tech support and within 2 days, they had sent me an updated map to fix this issue. Best money ever spent.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I was a little disappointed When I first got it I needed to talk to customers service multiple times. I was bummed they didn’t have a mid grade gas tune. It would turn off when I would turn my car off and get out. Also a couple days after of running it my knock sensor went off and I have used it since

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features I bought this well over a month ago. tune was a nice upgrade mainly with the throttle response. The gauge layouts are my favorite feature. Hopefully soon i can get a custom tune!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It tunes as advertised, throttle sensitivity a + Seems to work although I found some of the values off, like the idle rpm within the customize tune portion. Seems like it gets stuck a lot where I have to unplug it to reset it

    Asked by: West Williams
It looks as if the 9200 can't upload custom tune probably something to do with legality
