Digital Ads Manager

Holley Performance Products seeks a Digital Ads Manager for a full-time role within our automotive aftermarket organization. This position has the potential to be fully remote, hybrid, or in office. If in office, Holley is located in Bowling Green, KY.


The Digital Ads Manager will support our overall marketing strategy by managing and reporting on digital advertising primarily through auction-based ad channels. These include Facebook Ads Manager, Google (display ads and YouTube), and other real time bidding ad platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has explored new marketing strategies and determined campaign effectiveness based on analytics.


This role reports directly to the Director of Performance Marketing and works collaboratively with the Digital Marketing team to support Holley’s digital marketing strategy. You’ll be a part of a highly talented group of marketing and web professionals.


Role and Responsibilities


Manage the digital advertising budget and performance for digital ad display channels (YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, Google Display Network, and other auction-based digital ad platforms) for the brands underneath the Holley umbrella

Establish digital ad platform foundation to then allow for new platform testing periodically – this is a role with flexibility to create a business unit from scratch

Developing the vendor mix to be utilized, based on campaign goals

Assist with digital advertising go-to-market launch strategies to ensure successful new market launches

Analyze and optimize performance of paid advertising campaigns based on pre-determined goals

Define internal best practices for market launches, campaign structure, optimization, etc. based on project management workflows

Implement A/B testing methodologies on all elements of the digital advertising mix to improve conversion rates (creative, landing pages, audiences, etc.) to optimize campaign results.

Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of digital ad campaigns on revenue

Owning the digital ad attribution process by ensuring all digital ads have measurable tracking

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelors in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience

2+ years’ experience with demand side platforms (DSPs), Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics

3+ years’ experience in digital advertising/marketing in a professional setting

Previous experience in Account Management, a plus

Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)



Preferred Skills


Project management tool experience

Resourceful and able to troubleshoot issues

Automotive performance industry knowledge, a plus

Experience with other ad platforms, a plus
